Beaver and Otter Wildlife Photography Tour

tours/west coast otters

13th to 15th of June 2018 or 22nd to the 24th of June 2018
A truly challenging but hugely rewarding tour, spending the evenings photographing Beavers and the days in the world of the magnificent Otter. Beavers were introduced here 5 years ago as part of the official beaver reintroduction program, part of the tour will be spent seeing what amazing feats of ecological restoration these incredible creatures have done.
To get close to the beavers we have specially modified canoes and qualified paddlers to take you out so you can get brilliant almost water level photographs of these amazing animals.

While the Beavers snooze we nip along the coast line to catch up with the apex of the shallows, the Otter. An inspirational animal, hard but hugely rewarding to watch and photograph.

All pictures on this page were taken by Philip Price at the locations he will take you to over the tour.
