Alba the Black-Spotted Setter
For those of you who are wondering why a dog has suddenly appeared
in our newsletter, let me introduce Alba, our beautiful English
Setter, and Philip's future business partner.

The idea behind this partnership is to train Alba
to point at and "set" wildlife to enable Philip and others
to get close to animals and photograph them. Genius! Until you decide
to rescue a loony setter who thinks nothing of running continuously
for 5 hours. However, that is all in the past....

Philip and Alba have worked tirelessly over the last
two years progressing from being unable to be off a lead to now
working together in woods and open land searching for wildlife,
and pointing!! O yes he is, and here's the proof of it.

Brilliant! and again.

Hopefully sometime in 2012 there will be the opportunity
to go out with Philip and Alba and see if you can get close to some
of the flightier birds like Woodcock.
